Many of us attempt to start positive change by changing what we experience on the outside. We sometimes rush to quick fix actions, such as changing jobs, changing significant others, changing our material possessions, changing our physical appearance, or using drugs to artificially change our state of mind. This type of a fix rarely lasts.
