Life can be an interesting game of pretend. What I mean by this is that many often go through life asking a lot of questions about the circumstances they face each day. Millions of questions are asked every day around the globe about life. Why is this happening to me? Why don’t I have this yet? What am I supposed to do to be happy? How do I achieve these my true desires and dreams? What is the reason I am here? The questioning goes on and on, over and over again.
The fascinating part of this process is the part that has to do with the answers. This is where human beings reveal the truth about what the really want or are ready to experience. This is where the rubber really meets the road so to speak.
Questioning comes in many forms. They take shape in prayer, meditation, and out of desperate yearning, however, only a tiny, tiny fraction of those asking questions are really ready for the answers. The simple reason is fear and the perceived pain of change. Ironically, humans are masters at denying change and tolerating pain. The way this works is by way of the many different tricks of the mind that are used to protect what has been believed as true. Here are a few; Delusion, denial and rationalizing. The unwilling and fearful mind will do just about anything to avoid new much more mepowering truth and the change that will come with it. Masters of “time” are we.
“Where do I find these answers?” is often what one will scream in a last ditch effort to make an excuse for themselves and avoid the information.
Do you really want to know? Because if you are ready, you will be answered.
The answers you are looking for are always right here and right now. Yes it’s in these words and it’s in this moment. Do you believe it? Can you see it? Or, do you think this is just a trick or meaningless words? Will you even rationalize away this sacred moment right now?
For just a second can you contemplate that you constructed this moment just for you? You constructed it to hear these words in this form at this time in order to expand a part of your general awareness. For just a moment can you see the divine elegance of a self-fulfilling eternally supportive universe? Can you see that what you ask for is as close to you as your next breath?
If you can’t, if you don’t or if you won’t, it’s okay. When you are ready it will all be here just like it always has been since the day you asked your first question of mind. The universe is forever patient on you and your true moment of readiness. To receive all that you say you are truly searching to answers for, you have to really want it more than anything else, even if it means giving up everything you believed to be true. The reward for this level of faith, however, is a truth everlasting.
Never stop questioning…
